Last month, we had the pleasure of attending the Design-2-Part (D2P) trade show at Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, CT. The D2P show is the leading event for the manufacturing industry, where we can meet hundreds of high-quality American manufacturers. It was a valuable and rewarding experience for us, and we want to share some of the highlights and takeaways from the show.
We were impressed by the variety and quality of the exhibitors, who represented all segments of the manufacturing sector. We had the opportunity to talk with the suppliers, see their products and capabilities, and get answers to our questions.
Another reason we attended the D2P show was to learn about the latest trends and innovations in the manufacturing industry. We learned about the current and future state of the manufacturing market, the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, the opportunities and challenges for sustainability, and the best practices and strategies for success.
